WINEMAKING NOTES
Harvested with machines, the grapes were destemmed prior to being moved to static fermenters for 14 days where a cool fermentation of 28 degrees was implemented. Subsequently, a gentle pressing was achieved and the wine was aged for 18 months in both new and pre-seasoned French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a ruby red hue and a bouquet of bay leaf and herbaceous nuances. Its medium body and soft, chalky tannins render it dry on the palate with aromas of bright red and blue fruits.
